When I reflect on 2018 it is hard not to think about the family members that we lost much too soon. It makes me determined to accomplish more, enjoy more, love more. I was fortunate to have the chance to do some traveling. I didn’t go anywhere exotic but it allowed me to expand my world and see new things. I am excited to have art in the Louisa Gould Gallery in Vineyard Haven on Martha’s Vineyard. I hope to enter a juried collage show next week. I am looking forward to continuing the beach trash project that I started. I have already signed up for an abstract still life workshop in Maine with Philip Frey in January. I bought cold wax and oil paint to play with during the cold winter months ahead. I feel blessed and grateful for the opportunities that have come my way this year.
